Then kick start the blood flow & relax the muscles in the hot tub followed by the many benefits of the infrared sauna. Cold therapy - Jacuzzi - Infrared Sauna 10 min in each. Compression Boots: Relax and unwind, watching our 65 inch tv, playing the PlayStation or just chill out relaxing back in the recliner for 20 minutes in the worlds leading compression boots, Normatec.
