We offer a high end sports recovery service using techniques and products used by the worlds best athletes and sports teams. Today people train harder and more intense than ever, How you recover can be detrimental to getting the most out of your body. Our service is to help athletes get more out of their performances, whatever it may be, by aiding the recovery process in a relaxing setting. We aim for customers to leave feeling physically and mentally refreshed.

Flush lactic acid,

Increase blood flow and circulation,

Decrease Inflammation,

Improve mobility,

Detoxification,

Reduce stiffness and DOMS,

Reduce elevated cortisol levels,

As well as advise in the area of sleep and nutrition;

Set up by Brian Gartland, BSc Sports management UCD & 15 years professional footballer. Brian has played at Champions league and Europa League levels of football as well as winning multiple titles.

Located at Juncton 6 Castleknock, less than 100 metres from the m50, we are easily accessed from anywhere in Dublin... and with free parking!
